Home2 Tru by Hilton Kalamazoo is seeking a Night Auditor to support the front desk during overnight hours and perform daily financial audit procedures, ensuring guests are assisted and the property runs smoothly.

This role requires accuracy, independence, and the ability to balance safety with guest service on a quiet, structured night shift. Previous front desk or night audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Calm, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Capable of working consistent overnight shifts any day of the week including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit processes and balance daily revenue.
• Run reports and ensure financial information is accurate and organized.
• Assist guests with check ins, check outs, and service requests.
• Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues when possible.
• Prepare the front desk for morning shift transition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
