Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Night Auditor to manage end-of-day close for the Guest Service area at our Columbus, MS properties. You will organize daily activity, post accounts, and ensure accuracy of cash and credit transactions across outlets including food & beverage, front desk, and room charges.

The role requires basic accounting or hospitality experience, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to work a night shift with excellent guest service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Six to twelve months in a related role is preferred.
• Experience in accounting or hospitality is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report cash and credit operations for outlets.
• Reconcile cashier reports with the restaurant system each night.
• Maintain daily balances for house accounts and post transactions.
• Audit front desk activities including room charges and deposits.
• Prepare daily statistics and income journals for reports.
• Transmit credit card batches and run end-of-day audits.
• Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
• Assist in guest services as needed.
