Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Audit professional for the Courtyard New York Manhattan Fifth Avenue. You will perform night audit operations to ensure financial controls and compliance with hotel standards, coordinating with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality guest service.

Responsibilities include auditing revenue reports, running front office system reports, correcting issues, and ensuring accurate daily summaries.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to use a 10-key.
• Ability to handle guest and associate concerns in a friendly manner.
• Ability to input and access information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS.
• Make corrections and resolve computer problems during shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances in the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Show up consistently and perform other duties as assigned.
