Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in the United States is seeking a Night Audit Clerk to balance daily revenue data, audit front office systems, and prepare daily reports for restaurant and bar operations. This role supports the Night Audit Supervisor and ensures accurate postings and timely close of the day.

Responsibilities include compiling Revenue Reports, reviewing POS tapes, making necessary corrections, inputting revenue and expenses into the front office system, and balancing accounts each night

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations using a 10-key.
• Ability to input information accurately into a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals.
• Run audit reports/journals from front office systems and POS.
• Make corrections and adjustments and resolve computer issues during shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
