Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts at Courtyard New York Manhattan Fifth Avenue is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations, ensure guest service excellence, and uphold property standards.

You will collaborate with department leaders on facilities, maintenance, life safety systems, and energy conservation, coordinating with engineering, responding to guest concerns, and driving operational efficiency during high occupancy and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hotel operations experience required.
• Experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, facilities management, or operations is strongly preferred.
• Hospitality leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily hotel operations to ensure service standards, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct property inspections to identify operational or maintenance deficiencies.
• Coordinate with department leaders to resolve issues and improve efficiencies.
