Job summary

Ignite Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight guest services and complete nightly audit tasks. You will greet guests, balance transactions, and prepare daily management reports in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires attention to detail, accurate cash handling, and the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior front desk or night audit experience is a plus with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Night audit or front desk experience preferred.
• Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally overnight.
• Ensure cash handling and audit procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early morning needs.
