Job summary

Ignite Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight guest service and complete nightly financial audits. You will balance daily transactions, prepare reports for management, and support safety and smooth overnight operations across the front desk and lobby.

This role requires independent work during night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; night audit or hotel front desk experience a plus.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, or audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally during overnight hours.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and audit procedures.
• Maintain brand, product, and service standards at the front desk and lobby.
• Monitor the property overnight to support guest safety and security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early morning needs or urgent issues.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
