A renowned boutique hotel in Big Sur seeks an Overnight Guest Relations Supervisor to manage night audits and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work night shifts and address overnight guest requests while acting as a manager on duty. The position requires strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and hospitality experience. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year related experience in the hospitality industry required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty throughout the night.
• Perform nightly audits and report findings.
• Assist guests with overnight requests and issues.
