Aloft Jacksonville is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to provide a premier guest experience while serving as the sole Front Office Associate during the overnight shift. You will perform front desk functions, handle check-ins/check-outs, and ensure accurate night audit procedures from 11pm to 7am.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining cash handling accuracy, balancing daily reports, and supporting guest services and security procedures throughout the overnight hours.

Qualifications

• 11pm–7am shift availability.
• Cash handling and front desk procedures familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage night audit checklist work and nightly reports.
• Check guests in and out and answer inquiries about hotel services.
