Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality's Fairfield Inn Jacksonville Airport is seeking a Night Audit associate for the third shift on a part-time basis. You will support front desk operations, handle check-ins/check-outs, and prepare daily reports for accounting.

Delivering courteous guest service while maintaining brand standards and accurate cash handling is essential. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hotel experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hotel experience is a plus.
• Experience with front desk systems and daily reports preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous guest service at a fast-paced front desk.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest registrations (check ins & check outs)
• Provide knowledge of hotel operations and brand programs
• Handle phone calls, mail, and guest inquiries
• Prepare and send daily reports to accounting
• Assist guests with problems and ensure resolution
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby and public areas
• Contribute to breakfast setup and service as needed
