Montage International is seeking a Night Audit to support the Director of Front Office in daily hotel operations, guest services, reservations and concierge. The role focuses on profitable financial management and proactive leadership aligned with the company’s goals and values.

The incumbent will assist with night audits, guest check-ins/outs, and billing in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Strong English communication and proficiency with MS Office are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in hotel operations.
• Minimum two years in customer service.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle billing.
• Clear English communication skills (spoken/written).
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are used daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette to meet goals.
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor.
• Assist with guest check-in/out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Think creatively to identify and solve guest stay opportunities.
• Exceed guest expectations and recover service opportunities.
• Coordinate with department leaders to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records for guest accounts and be knowledgeable about hotel services.
