Responsibilities

• Oversee front office and night audit duties and generate nightly reports.
• Serve guests, gather feedback, and maintain lobby and public areas.
• Manage wake-up calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Balance cash, process payments, and transmit data to the corporate office.
• Support breakfast setup and end-of-day accounting tasks.
