Job summary

True North Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor for TownePlace Suites in Wr entham, MA. This overnight role runs from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and includes greeting guests, checking them in, issuing keys, and guiding them to rooms.

You will handle guest questions by phone or in person, assist with dining, entertainment, and transportation arrangements, and perform light clerical duties such as reservations and mailing. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 0–3 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Greets guests, checks them in, issues room keys, and guides to rooms.
• Responds to guest questions in person or by phone.
• Fulfills guest needs and assists with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations.
• Handling clerical duties including calls, messages, reservations, filing, and mailing.
