ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Night Audit to verify front office accounting, post room charges and taxes, and prepare daily financial summaries. The role includes running end-of-day tasks in the PMS, balancing postings, and preparing cash and card activity reports.

The Night Audit will also assist with guest check-ins/outs, respond to guest needs, and maintain professional standards in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Process guest charges vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Post charges to unposted accounts from the night audit shift.
• Verify postings and balances for accuracy.
• Run end-of-day in the property management system (PMS).
• Prepare a cash/credit card activity summary for the day.
• Summarize operating results for management review.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out as needed and address requests or complaints.
