Job summary

Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee the Call Center, Front Desk, Bell Hop and Night Custodian teams. You will hire, schedule and train staff, and ensure guest issues are resolved promptly with a positive, professional attitude.

Essential functions include delivering exceptional customer service, coaching employees, and maintaining confidentiality. Overnight shifts are required in a 24/7 operation with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisory experience preferred or equivalent.
• Must have TIPS certification on property.
• Overnight shifts required; flexible schedule
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Call Center, Front Desk, Bell Hop and Night Custodian teams.
• Hire, schedule and train employees in the covered areas.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
• Resolve guest problems and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
