Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain service quality.
• Develop preliminary menu concepts and service standards for the Diner.
• Schedule Front of House staff and manage payroll costs.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa health and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, and develop FOH team members.
• Monitor inventories, par levels, and rotation of items.
• Perform periodic evaluations and implement development plans.
