Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Night Auditor to balance and report on hotel operations overnight. You will manage check-ins/outs, close PMS/POS systems, and prepare audit reports while maintaining Level5 guest service standards.

You will handle guest inquiries about rates and rooms, respond to issues promptly, and ensure safety and compliance with procedures. The role requires availability Friday and Saturday nights and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Experience as a hotel front desk agent is preferred
• Deliver Level5 High Touch service and exceptional guest communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work nights and weekends, with Friday and Saturday nights required
• Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
• Basic accounting experience and computational ability are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Complete the Night Audit checklist each shift
• Close PMS and POS systems daily; generate audit reports
• Inform manager of issues needing immediate action
• Maintain high guest service at front desk during overnight shift
• Respond to guest questions on rates, rooms, and amenities
• Create incident reports for guest injuries/issues when required
• Adhere to safety and dress code policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
