Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests, issues room keys and provides information on hotel services and rewards program.
• Answers phones promptly according to etiquette standards.
• Processes night audit accounting operations and ensures accurate reporting of revenues.
• Balances and audits room revenue, tax charges and cashier reports; prepares daily management reports.
• Routinely books guest reservations, upsells rooms and follows demand strategies.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
