The Lowline Hotel is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee the front desk during the overnight shift and ensure smooth overnight operations. You will balance transactions, review daily financial reports, and maintain guest satisfaction while upholding security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field.
• Previous front desk or hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time during overnight hours.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of hotel management software and computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Register guests and handle reservations efficiently during the overnight shift.
• Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Balance transactions and perform end-of-shift accounting procedures.
• Conduct security walks to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Manage front desk operations independently with minimal supervision.
