Responsibilities include guest check-ins/outs, room assignments, handling requests, operating front desk systems, daily reports, and ensuring security and cash handling procedures are followed.

A familiarity with hotel operations and loyalty programs is helpful; 1–2 years of hotel experience

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and loyalty programs.
• Experience with hotel brand operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest registrations (check-ins/outs), room assignments, and handle special requests.
• Answer phones, handle mail, and take messages.
• Email daily reports to accounting.
• Inspect conference rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Handle safety and emergency procedures as needed.
