Job summary

Kinseth Hospitality Companies in Omaha, NE seeks a detail-oriented Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our hotel operations team. You will greet guests, register arrivals, issue keys, and handle reservations and billing with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include ensuring night audit accuracy, balancing accounts, posting charges, coordinating with housekeeping and security, and delivering excellent guest service through every shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to register guests and handle payments.
• Night shift availability.
• Attention to detail with cash handling and records.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assist guests at the front desk in a warm, efficient manner.
• Act as manager on duty and follow procedures for guest satisfaction and safety.
• Enter daily changes and balance accounts including guest, house, and city ledger.
• Perform night audits: ensure accuracy, balance, and timely posting of transactions.
• Print and review night audit reports per guidelines and communicate issues to relevant departments.
• Communicate guest requests to appropriate teams and follow up.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, directions, and local attractions.
• Process reservations via phone, computer, or written requests.
• Maintain lobby, front desk area, and cleanliness of the hotel environment.
