Job summary

Shenandoah National Park is seeking a Guest Services Attendant - Night Audit for Skyland Resort. This seasonal role handles overnight front desk operations, closes day-end procedures, and ensures accurate cash and revenue reporting.

The position runs primarily during night shifts, with responsibilities across reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest communications. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with college degree preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• Overnight/front desk experience and room reservations knowledge are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Audit close of day for Front Office and perform overnight front desk duties.
• Produce accurate reports, manage cash and post daily balances.
• Balance and audit revenues across rooms, F&B, and miscellaneous charges.
• Transmit daily management reports and support ISO policies.
• Act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours and assist with reservations.
