Job summary

Offen Petroleum in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate truck movements and shipments, developing routes and monitoring progress to ensure accurate, efficient deliveries.

You will act as a liaison between sales, supply teams, and drivers while maintaining open communication for timely updates. DOT knowledge and 2–3 years dispatch experience are required, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years freight/truck dispatching experience.
• Ability to work up to 12‑hour shifts; nights and weekends.
• Must be on call as needed.
• Working knowledge of DOT and transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily driver routes in the dispatch routing system.
• Continuously monitor dispatch programs, GPS, and driver communication.
• Manage and schedule loads for inventory managed accounts.
• Maintain communication with Drivers for delivery updates to complete orders in the routing system.
• Act as liaison between Offen’s sales/supply teams and drivers.
• Prepare invoices for review.
• Provide pertinent information to drivers regarding pin numbers and customer requests.
• Escalate pertinent information when needed.
