Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social services field or RN required.
• Two or more years in a healthcare admissions role.
• One or more years supervisory experience.
• Licensure (LPC, LMSW, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly admissions operations and staff.
• Prioritize admissions based on patient needs and capacity.
• Coordinate with the business office for timely financial counseling.
• Complete EMTALA logs for admissions where applicable.
• Serve as a preceptor for new admission team members.
• Report shift challenges to Admissions leadership.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
