Job summary

Johns Hopkins Health Plans is seeking an Admissions and Registration Coordinator in Baltimore, MD for 40 hours weekly on the night shift (10:30 pm–7:30 am). You will support patient encounters, collect demographics and insurance, and assist the clinical care team in a high-intensity environment.

• 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or medical office.
• EPIC applications, including scheduling, registration, billing, order communications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations and scheduling to support patient experience.
• Perform time-of-service collections and obtain authorizations.
• Provide same-day admission notification to payers and assist clinical care team.
