Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for the night shift in New Carlisle, IN. This field-based role requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric sites, with travel nationwide possible, focusing on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, maintain accurate documentation, and provide support across access control areas while adapting to evolving project schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Follow SOPs in English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: Support access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
