Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification preferred or required depending on role.

• Medical terminology training preferred.
• Previous clerical experience in healthcare settings preferred.

• Courteously covers front desk, answers phones, greets patients, and routes information.
• Delivers reports and supplies to patient areas as needed.
• Relays information from physicians, nurses, labs and others accurately.
• Uses information systems for patient care and enters orders.
• Maintains unit board and organizes work area.
• Keeps necessary equipment and supplies stocked at designated par levels.
• Participates in Quality Assessment and Improvement programs and department meetings.
• Demonstrates care for patients across ages from neonates to adults.
• Maintains open communication with the patient care team.
