Mercy South is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care across respiratory therapies per physician orders. You will consult on therapy effectiveness and act as a resource for physicians and nursing staff.

The role includes rotating duties in the NICU and shifts that include days and nights. Requirements include graduation from a CoARC approved program, an active RCP license, and NBRC RRT credential; PALS in ER required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• PALS required in ER scenarios.
• ACLS preferred.
• Experience in critical care settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in respiratory therapy per physician orders.
• Consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness and adjustments.
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff.
• Rotate assignments to NICU on a rotating basis.
