Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required with MN RN licensure; BSN preferred.
• 3–5 years nursing experience in hospital NICU is required.
• Solid PC skills and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to NICU patients and coordinate care with the health team.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and family education throughout shifts.
