Job summary

Tap Healthcare Solutions in Seattle seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Swedish First Hill - Providence NICU as a Level IV NICU specialist. This is an experienced NICU RN position, not for entry-level candidates, requiring extensive hands-on NICU care in a Level IV environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one full year of post-graduation NICU experience as a full-time RN, with Washington RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have post-graduation NICU experience in Level IV setting.
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience, full-time.
• Washington RN license required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience in high-acuity NICU environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill and medically complex neonates in Level IV NICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary neonatal and maternal teams.
