Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (NICU RN) for a full-time opportunity. The role requires ensuring high-quality care for critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families during challenging times.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license in the United States with at least 1 year of Level III NICU experience and current BLS/NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience in Level III setting.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Strong clinical competencies in neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document vital signs and progress of neonates in Level III NICU.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Operate NICU equipment (incubators, ventilators, monitors) and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team; educate families about care plans and discharge.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in ongoing training.
