Openwork Health is seeking a compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (NICU RN) for a full-time role in a Level III NICU. The position emphasizes family-centered care and collaborative, multidisciplinary support to care for premature and critically ill newborns.

You will work with physicians and respiratory therapists, receive onboarding assistance including licensing support, and benefit from a comprehensive package with options for major medical insurance and a flexible

Formación

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in a Level III NICU preferred.
• Proficiency in neonatal assessment and critical care nursing interventions.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Compliance with all hospital and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of newborn patients in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform specialized procedures as required.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Communicate clearly with families, providing updates and emotional support.
