Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license in good standing required.
- 1 year of Level III NICU or equivalent neonatal care preferred.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neonatal assessments, monitoring, and interventions.
- Administer medications, manage IV lines and NICU equipment.
- Document care activities and communicate with healthcare teams and families.
- Educate families on neonatal conditions and care protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate with neonatologists to implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
