Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is seeking a day shift, full-time Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse in Westwood, NJ. This role focuses on delivering high-quality neonatal care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN must hold an NJ nursing license, complete an NLN/AACN-accredited program, and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire; NICU experience is preferred. NRP/ARC certification is required or preferred.

Qualificações

• RN license in New Jersey
• Graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer
• NRP certification or ARC certification
• 1–2 years NICU or Special Care Nursery nursing experience

Responsabilidades

• The RN Staff Nurse provides care for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes.
• Directs and oversees care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Coordinates patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Reports to the Nurse Manager.
