Qualifications

- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
- 1–2 years NICU or Special Care Nursery nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Function as a caregiver for a specific patient population.
- Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers.
- Coordinate patient care among nursing peers and support services.
