Responsibilities

• Provide care for a specific NICU patient population to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Report to the Nurse Manager.
