Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care under physician orders, implementing the medical plan of care and delivering interventions as needed for patient care. Bachelor’s degree preferred, NBRC-registered RRT, and current state licensure are required, with BLS/NRP/PALS certifications (may be obtained on hire).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college program in Respiratory Care.
• Current license in the state of practice.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC.
• BLS, NRP and PALS certifications (may obtain upon hire).

• Provide respiratory care per physician orders and clinical plan of care.
• Perform interventions and procedures as needed for patient care.
