Premier Health Partners seeks an Associate Respiratory Care Manager to oversee overnight operations of Respiratory Care across multiple care areas. You will supervise staff, coach performance, and serve as the primary leadership presence to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will report to the Respiratory Care Manager and partner with physicians, nursing, and other stakeholders to meet operational and fiscal objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate degree as minimum education.
• Additional preferred degrees in healthcare administration or respiratory care leadership.
• Licensure as Respiratory Therapist with NBRC RRT credential; valid Ohio license.

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight operational oversight of Respiratory Care across assigned areas.
• Direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of respiratory staff.
• Serve as primary leadership presence and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Respiratory Care leadership, physicians, nursing, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure operational and fiscal accountability; staff development is a key responsibility.
