Hartford HealthCare's Manchester Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and families.

The ideal candidate has NICU experience, is graduate of an accredited Nursing program, holds a Connecticut RN license, and meets BLS and NRP requirements (NRP within one year).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current RN License in Connecticut.
• NICU experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
• Communicate the patient’s clinical condition and respond quickly to changes in condition or treatment response.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care.
• Promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions.
