Qualifications

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to evaluate and plan therapy for NICU patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient's functional abilities and establishes a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Implements individualized treatment plans and documents progress.
• Communicates results with physicians, nurses and family/caregivers.
• Participates in department process improvements and maintains productivity.
