Qualifications

• Completed the academic requirements of an occupational therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional abilities and establishes a plan of care.
• Implements individualized treatment plans across age groups.
• Documents progress and treatment rationale per policy.
• Communicates results to physicians, nurses, patients and families.
• Assists in department operations and team training when needed.
