Job summary
Endeavor Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL, is offering a NICU Nurse Transition Program for experienced RNs who want to transition into NICU nursing. The program pairs you with a NICU preceptor for 16 weeks with dedicated education time while training in a Level III unit with 35 beds.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in nursing; if ADN is the highest degree, BSN must be completed within five years of start date.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current BLS through AHA.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date.
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient RN experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in a NICU setting under the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Train with a NICU nurse preceptor for 16 weeks with dedicated education time.
