Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a nurse to join the NICU Transition Program at our Naperville, IL location. This full-time role includes nights, 7 pm to 7:30 am, with a 16-week NICU precepted training period in a Level III unit.

Eligible candidates will complete required education, maintain Illinois RN licensure, and pursue NRPs within six months. Occasional float to Peds/PICU and Mother Baby may occur.

Qualifications

• IL RN license is required at start date and current.
• BLS through AHA certified and active.
• NRP certification within six months of start date.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient RN experience required.
• Nurse transitioning into NICU with precepted training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per state law and hospital policy.
• Train under a NICU nurse preceptor for 16 weeks and attend education time.
