Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest degree, must obtain BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, document observations.
• Collaborate with team to meet unit goals and ensure high-quality family-centered NICU care.
