Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the NICU to join our night shift team. You will assess newborns, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families while partnering with clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Require Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), RN license, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years NICU experience. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ holistic health factors to guide care.

• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Respond to code situations promptly.
