Job summary

Banner Health's Desert NICU is seeking a dedicated NICU nurse for a full-time night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The unit emphasizes family-centered care, with 24/7 Neonatology coverage and a strong interdisciplinary team.

A 12-month commitment is tied to a $10,000 sign-on incentive for qualified candidates with NICU RN experience. Care providers will work in a 76-bed NICU with both high- and lower-acuity areas, joining a team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care and ongoing

Banner Children's Hospital at Desert NICU is a 76- bed unit divided into ourhigh acuity ICU patients and our lower acuity patients.Our ICU side is an open pod layout with six beds per pod. Our CCN (lower acuity) side are all private rooms allowing parents space to room in and learn how to care for their baby before going home. We have a diverse population of patients that includemicropremies, neuro patients, cardiac anomalies, surgical patients, ECMO and whole body cooling. We have a family centered care model with an interdisciplinary team approach. Our care includes 24-hour Neonatology coverage, development therapists, Nutritionists, PT/OT and SLP and lactation
