Job summary
AdventHealth in Littleton, CO seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the NICU with a minimum of 1 year NICU experience. This full-time night-shift role requires RN licensure, AED/CPR readiness, and strong teamwork to deliver high-quality neonatal care.

Qualifications
- RN with required licensure and NICU experience
- Ability to educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and patient safety standards
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental factors for NICU patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions
- Educate patients/families to promote understanding and adherence to care plans
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate high-quality patient care
