Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. This full-time role (36 hours/week) offers 1900-0730 shifts with weekend rotation and a generous sign-on bonus.

You will deliver safe, compassionate ISCU nursing, use the nursing process for care plans, and lead assigned staff while collaborating with the health team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Current IL nursing license required.
• 1.5+ years NICU/ISCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in ISCU.
• Apply nursing process to patient care plans.
• Supervise unlicensed assistive personnel as assigned.
• Coordinate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
