Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. The role provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing care during 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts with weekend rotation and a 36-hour work week.

Requirements include NLN-accredited nursing education, IL RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. NICU/ISCU experience is preferred and a $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Education: NLN accredited nursing program required; BSN strongly preferred.
Certification: BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required (AHA).
License: IL RN license active and in good standing.
Experience: 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred.
Unique or Preferred Skills: NICU/ISCU experience.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective nursing care in the ISCU.
Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Direct and mentor assigned unlicensed assistive personnel.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
