Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. The role is full-time, 36 hours weekly, with 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts and weekend rotations.

A minimum of 18 months NICU/ISCU experience is required to be eligible for the $25,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will provide safe, compassionate care using the nursing process, supervise staff, and collaborate with the health team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing school.
• Current IL nursing license required.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required (AHA).
• 1 year acute care or ISCU experience preferred.
• NICU/ISCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
